What this site is
MontrealCanadian.com is an independent guide to visiting and living in Montreal: neighbourhoods, things to do, food, where to stay and getting around. It isn’t a booking service, a tourism office or a travel agency, so we can’t change, cancel or refund bookings. For help with a hotel or tour you booked through a partner link, contact the partner or provider directly. Their details are in your booking confirmation.
Corrections
If something on a page is wrong or out of date, such as a fare, opening hours or a closed business, send us the page link and what’s changed. If you can, link the official source. We fix the page and update its date.
Suggestions and questions
Tell us what you’d like a guide to cover, or ask a question about one of the guides. We can’t give personal trip advice, but questions help us decide what to add.
Partnerships
For business inquiries, use the same address. We don’t accept payment for coverage. See the editorial policy and the affiliate disclosure.
What to include
Include the page address, what you think is wrong and, if you have it, a link to an official source (for example the STM, the venue’s own site or a City of Montréal page). Screenshots help for display problems. Tell us your device and browser too.
Reply times
We read every message. Corrections are handled first, usually within a few days. We may not reply to every suggestion, but we keep them and use them when planning new guides. Please don’t send booking or payment questions: those go to the partner or provider you booked with.
